The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Consular Service Fly GmbH (hereinafter referred to as CSF). By using our services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by CSF, accessible via https://consular-service.ch/en/.
2. Services
CSF provides advisory and support services for visa applications, document translation, appointment scheduling with consulates, and similar consular services. CSF is not an official consulate and does not act on behalf of any government authority.
3. Contract Formation
Contracts cannot be concluded via the website. Orders are accepted exclusively via personal, telephone or written communication (e.g. by email). The contract becomes binding once confirmed by CSF.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.
Payments from private individuals or customers abroad are made exclusively by credit card. Services will only be carried out once full credit card details (card number and expiry date MM/YY) have been received. A billing surcharge applies to private customers who do not provide credit card details.
The credit card is usually charged after the visa has been issued. For visa applications requiring substantial prepayment (e.g. consular or logistics fees), CSF reserves the right to charge the card partially or fully in advance.
In cases of disproportionate workload, especially for fixed-price packages, CSF reserves the right to charge additional fees. Clients will be informed in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely processing, the client must remain reachable for queries. If there is no response within a reasonable time frame, the process cannot continue.
The client is also responsible for submitting all required documents and information accurately, completely, and on time. Any previous overstay, any refusal of a visa application or revocation of a visa, as well as any expulsion from a country, must be declared to Consular Service Fly with all visa applications.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
CSF makes no guarantee regarding visa issuance or processing times by consulates or authorities.
Processing times communicated by CSF are based on consular information and experience but are always indicative. CSF commits to keeping clients regularly informed about the processing status.
CSF is not liable for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services, provided that items were handed over on time. Secure, tear-resistant envelopes (Dupont™ Tyvek®) are used for mailing.
7. Digital Passport Photos
If a passport photo is submitted digitally but the consulate or authority requires a physical copy, the specified costs for editing and printing the photo will apply.
8. Communication and Delivery
CSF keeps clients informed throughout the process. Invoices, eVisas and other notifications are delivered electronically.
The client is responsible for ensuring receipt of such notifications and must immediately inform CSF of any delivery failures.
9. Errors and Corrections
Any errors in notifications, visas, documents or certifications must be reported immediately upon receipt. Late complaints cannot be considered.
Corrections made by consulates or authorities may incur additional costs, which are the responsibility of the client.
10. Data Protection
CSF treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
