Visa processing time and information

Processing time:

5-10 working days

Holders of a passport, multiple-entry visa or residence permit from one of the following countries do not require a visa to visit Mexico for tourism or business purposes:

  • Canada
  • Japan
  • UK
  • USA
  • Schengen countries

Please note: only the Swiss residence permit ‘C’ is considered a permanent residence permit. Holders of a ‘B’ permit are required to obtain a visa!
